choral program registration

Please fill out the form below if you (or your child) are committing to take part in our historic choral program, celebrating its 130th year. Participation and all materials are provided free of charge, and religious affiliation is not required. The 2023-2024 program year lasts from September through May, with rehearsals for Choristers on Sundays at 9:00am and Choir on Sundays at 9:30am plus Thursdays at 6:30pm.

By submitting this registration form, I agree to abide by the policies and procedures of the music ministry at Christ Church Fitchburg, including consistent attendance and active participation. If I (or my child) take part this year, I consent that I/their likeness and vocal performance may be recorded and broadcast per the discretion of Christ Church. Names and other identifying information of minors will never be shared: we abide by the guidelines of Safe Church and will brief all singers and their families in these policies at the beginning of the season. I agree that my submission serves as a dated signature.
